THE WORK OF THE CANAL ALLIANCE

Development Director at San Rafael’s Canal Alliance, Sara Matson, oversees fundraising, grants management, marketing, communications and volunteer engagement. A recipient of an OAC Community Services grant, the Canal Alliance is the only provider of affordable and comprehensive immigration legal services in Marin County, and helps Latino immigrants overcome the generational cycle of poverty. Ms. Matson will share how the Alliance continues to address the most urgent financial and health needs that arose during the pandemic.
