You may purchase a ticket for a tour start time or a combination ticket for a Champagne Tea time with its companion timed tour ticket. A quantity of 8 will purchase a full table.

Celebrate the Garden Tour's 30th Anniversary and honor the rich history of Mill Valley and The Outdoor Art Club going back to 1902. Sip & Stroll with your souvenir glass through seven magnificent gardens, including Burlwood, the historic estate of Mill Valley’s founder, Joseph Eastland. The other six gardens are the Tudor Revival Secret Garden, the Architect’s Working Estate, the Meditative Zen Garden, the Tranquil Redwood Retreat, the Grand Outdoor Wonderland and the Sprawling Victorian Summerhouse. Ride a cable car shuttle to the gardens and walk or ride back through charming downtown Mill Valley.

Schedule
The tour runs from 9 AM to 4 PM. If you intend to visit all the gardens, you should plan on a minimum of 2 - 3 hours to tour. Cable Car shuttles will depart the Outdoor Art Club in downtown Mill Valley, beginning at 9 am. The last shuttle leaves the Clubhouse at 2:30 pm. All gardens close promptly at 4 pm.
The tour will happen rain or shine. Bring your umbrella or rain jacket.
Tickets
Tickets will not be mailed. Each Tour ticket holder will be given a wristband at Check-in on the day of the tour at the Registration Table. The wristband will allow the ticket holder onto the shuttles and into the gardens.
Champagne Tea ticket holders will be given a paper ticket for their Tea time at Check-in on the day of the tour. Due to limited seating, Tea tickets can only be honored for the specified time.
If you are purchasing more than one ticket, please enter the names of each person in your party in the "Additional Information" box on the Checkout page.
Important
• These gardens are private homes which can only be accessed with trolley transportation, bike or on foot. Please note that ticket holders must be able to walk confidently, bike or climb onto the trolley for transportation to and from the gardens. This event is not suitable for wheelchair or walker access as the gardens and pathways are not ADA compliant.
The trolley cannot accommodate wheelchairs or walker equipment and vehicle attendants will not be available to help you on/off the cable car.
• Bike maps will be provided at Check-in upon completion of a waiver. Helmets are required.
• Parking vouchers providing 2 extra hours at metered parking can be downloaded here.
• No cars. No pets. No photos. No strollers. Children must have their own ticket. Please be aware the tour is not designed for children.
