Discover Your Creative Power

Grace Hawthorne, award-winning author and Stanford professor, a Mill Valley resident, will share practical tools and exercises to overcome creative blocks and spark momentum. Drawing on insights from her courses, scientific research and entrepreneurial journey, Grace knows how to turn ideas into reality. An entrepreneur, artist and educator, Grace is the founder of Paper Punk and Foldmade. She has taught creativity and innovation at Stanford for 17 years and co-authored ReadyMade: How to Make Almost Everything. Her products are sold nationwide, and her artwork has been featured in major museums. She holds an MBA and MFA from UCLA and a BA from UC Berkeley. Her latest book, Make Possibilities Happen, is part of Stanford’s d.school design series.
